Admissions staff can edit and import leads, complete follow-ups, mark trial attendance, run entrance tests and record application fees with a receipt. LMS shows leaderboards, recommendations and competencies when enabled, exam results can be moderated with a visible history, and platform admins can edit tenants, plans and billing invoices. Student personal data can be exported or erased from one place while financial records stay intact. In finance, every student receivable posts to one account, scholarships reduce open invoices by exactly what the ledger records, and staff can reverse line discounts, waive late fees, list pending online payments and open day book and campus profit and loss reports.
Finance
Finance screens for refunds, write-offs, voucher cancel and reverse, period lock, fee adjustments and new reports
Finance staff can now approve, reject or retry fee refunds, create and reverse write-offs, cancel or reverse vouchers, lock closed accounting periods, manage posting rules and match bank statement lines, all with the journal entry shown after each action. Invoices support line discounts, late fees and fee assessments; the reports hub adds fee analysis, reconciliation detail and accounting books; payroll shows payslips, payments show gateway settlements, and the accounting page has an audit trail.
Students
Compact Student 360 tabs
Student 360 tabs take less scrolling: the Finance tab shows a thin summary strip with Invoices, Ledger and Advances as sub-tabs, and empty sections such as Documents and Health collapse to a single line. Language options and the command palette search now cover more screens.

Many lists that could only add records now let permitted staff edit or delete them with a confirmation: discipline incidents, activities, fee heads, cost centers, vendors, assets, hostel buildings, canteen menu items and portfolio achievements. Transport forms use the standard dropdowns, dates show as dd/MM/yyyy, and custom field options show readable labels in English and Arabic.
Finance
Correct closed-year income statement, ledger opening balances and canteen wallet reconciliation
Income statements and campus P&L for a closed fiscal year now show the year's real income and expenses instead of zero. The account ledger starts from the true opening balance at the chosen date, so the running balance ends at the trial balance. The reconciliation report adds a canteen wallet check, and fee receipts and collection reports use the school's own day and currency.
Academic
Course syllabus editor, teacher departments, program courses, and settings for AI and hard-copy marking
Courses now have a Syllabus editor (outline topics, objectives, prerequisites) that feeds the paper topic picker. Teachers can be assigned a department and campus, with a department filter on the list. Programs show and manage their courses, department and requirements. Settings has a switch for every feature and a guided setup (consent, own AI key, vision) for hard-copy marking. The paper builder now starts on Hybrid (question bank plus AI) for people who can use AI, and explains when AI is not available.
LMS
Clearer live classes: choose recording consent before you join, a full-size class room, and confirm before ending
The live classes list now shows the scheduled date and time with a clear status (Scheduled, Live now, Ended) and the number of participants. Joining opens a dialog where you choose your recording preference first (it was being ignored before), then the class opens full size with a Leave class button; ending a class for everyone now asks for confirmation. Participants appear by name instead of email. The on-screen math keyboard in the equation editor also no longer closes the dialog.
Examinations
Mark handwritten papers from photos: upload scans, AI reads the handwriting, you review and finalize
Teachers can now mark a paper exam from photos or a PDF. Choose the student, upload the pages, and AI transcribes the handwriting into editable answers, with unclear or suspicious answers flagged for your review. Objective answers are scored automatically and you can correct them; written answers then go through the same AI-suggest, review and finalize steps as online exams. It is switched on per school with a consent step and your own AI key, and scans are deleted with the attempt.
LMS
Question-based assignments, one paper builder everywhere, and AI-suggested marks for submissions
Assignments can now be question-based: build the paper from the question bank, with AI, or both, deliver it as a PDF, online, or both, and students solve it online. The same paper builder opens from lessons, assignments, homework, quizzes and exams. For written submissions, teachers can ask AI for a suggested mark, review and override it, then finalize; students see marks only once they are finalized.
Examinations
Mark with AI when you choose, review every suggestion, then finalize — students see marks only when final
Teachers now decide when AI marks: off, automatically after each submission, or on demand for one attempt or a whole sitting, with failed marks re-runnable. Every AI suggestion is reviewed and confirmed (with a reason when you change it a lot or the AI flagged it), the history of each decision is kept, and bulk accept confirms only the safe, high-confidence suggestions. Marks stay hidden from students and guardians until you finalize, results are published only by people with the publish permission, and results are no longer announced every time a mark is saved.
Examinations
Build papers by topic with a subjective/objective split, model answers and a downloadable PDF
Teachers can now build an exam or quiz paper by choosing the topics (from the course lessons and outline), setting how much of it is objective and how much subjective, and letting the AI, the question bank or both fill it in. The marks always add up to the paper total, every question can carry a model answer, a marking scheme and an explanation that you review and edit before saving, and the paper and a staff-only answer key download as PDFs. A repeated click or an over-eager user cannot run up AI costs.
Platform
Turn on the math equation editor from Settings; equations in assignments, rubrics and answers
An administrator can now switch the math equation editor on from Settings > Features, with no technical help. When it is on, teachers can insert equations with a live preview in assignment titles and instructions, lesson content and rubrics, question options show equations correctly, and students see a live preview of the equations they type in online exams and assignment submissions. Every place that accepts equation text now rejects unsafe content, and with the switch off everything looks exactly as before.
Finance
One fee balance everywhere; correct statements and year-end close; safer canteen top-ups
The outstanding balance on the student profile, portals, Fee Invoices tab, printed receipt, reports and student statement now all come from one calculation, and the receipt shows paid and balance from the server. The statement no longer double-counts refunds, advances or scholarships. Closing a fiscal year no longer doubles opening balances or fails when a contra account has a balance, and the old accounting report routes now point to the current ones. Canteen top-ups and orders post to the ledger safely and a repeated or double-clicked top-up credits the wallet only once.
Finance
Safer fee payments under load; unidentified online receipts; stuck-approval recovery
Fee collection, write-offs, refunds and advances now take their locks in one fixed order and retry automatically when two people act on the same account at once, so approvals no longer get stranded and a busy school sees a clear try-again message instead of an error. Online payments that cannot be matched to a student are booked to an Unidentified Receipts account and shown in settlements, abandoned checkouts expire after a day, and operators have a safe dry-run tool to finish or close stuck approvals.
Admissions
Enrol admitted students straight into a batch; section rosters; one edit dialog per record
Converting an admitted application or lead now places the student into a batch and academic session in the same step, links an existing guardian only when you pick them (or creates a new one), and can never create the student twice. Sections have a roster with seat counts you can assign, move and remove students from, and the section shows on the student profile and the attendance sheet. A failed course no longer counts as a prerequisite or toward degree credits, and re-registering after a drop is billed again. Students, teachers and guardians now share a single edit dialog everywhere, and admissions can no longer attach a programme from another school.
Examinations
Exams and LMS polish: quiz-to-exam sync status, live exam papers, portal paging
Online-exam grading now shows whether each quiz score reached the exam result (and why not); the exam paper reflects question-bank edits; archived paper questions can be restored to the bank; administrators get an alert (once per exam per day) when a quiz score cannot be synced; exam dates no longer shift when you edit them; the student portal pages through all online exams; course and book pickers search the whole catalogue.
Platform
Rate limits on sign-in, password reset and admission forms; admissions stay inside your school
Sign-in, registration, password reset and the public application and enquiry forms now have rate limits that count across all servers, so automated guessing and form spam are slowed. A school lab or admission fair sharing one internet connection stays well within the sign-in limit, and password-reset limits are counted per account so one person cannot block another. The limits start in monitoring mode and begin refusing excess attempts after an observation period (online fee payment limits already apply). A signed-in user can no longer submit an application or enquiry into another school, and possible-duplicate details are shown only to staff who can view student records. On the Substitutes page, the request and assign controls now appear only for users who can also view timetables, instead of showing an access-denied message in the period picker.
Finance
Submit vouchers for approval; see why a voucher or expense was returned
A manual voucher saved without Auto-post now keeps its lines as a draft entry that does not touch the ledger until it is posted. Submit it for approval from the voucher page, approve it there or from the Approvals inbox, then post it: there is one approval step, not two. A voucher returned by an approver shows the reason and can be submitted again, and a rejected expense shows the approver's reason on the Budget page. Reversing a fee receipt, refund, write-off or advance application from the voucher screen is now refused with a message to correct it from the fee record. Messages are shown in English and Arabic.
Platform
Smarter navigation, language picker and role-based home
The workspace rail now follows the school journey (Admissions, Students, Academics, Examinations, Learning), then operations, Insights, Administration and My Portal, and Finance is grouped into Finance, Accounting, Finance Reports and Payroll. Press Ctrl+K to jump by name to any screen you can access. Pick your language from a dropdown. Students get a home page that leads with due work, today's classes, open exams, attendance and fees; teachers see their grading queue. The tenant currency resets correctly on logout and when a platform admin switches school, and the live-class notice now says who sets up the media server.
Finance
Online fee payment: only the student, a linked guardian, or finance staff can pay
Pay Now now checks who is paying: a student can pay only their own fees, a guardian only for a child linked with portal access, and staff with Finance access for any student. Anyone else is refused without revealing whether the student exists, schools without the Online Payment Gateway add-on get a clear "not enabled" message, and repeated attempts are rate limited. Messages are shown in English and Arabic.

Payment Portal: Pay Online now opens the checkout, and part payments work
The Pay Online button on the Student Payment Portal no longer fails with "Failed to initiate payment". The payment is created in your school's own currency (it was hard-coded to PKR), a payment above the invoice's remaining balance is refused with a clear message, a part payment is accepted, and paying again after closing an abandoned checkout starts a fresh checkout instead of an error. If the payment gateway is not set up, the reason it gave is shown instead of a generic failure. An online payment that was already settled can no longer be settled a second time by a late status check. Available in English and Arabic.
Finance
Finance: a rejected expense or voucher can no longer be approved from its own page
Approving an expense on the Budget page or a voucher on its detail page now respects the decision in the Approvals inbox: if the request was rejected, the Approve button answers with a clear message instead of posting, the expense shows as rejected, and a rejected voucher goes back to Draft with the approver's note shown on the voucher. Approving an expense while its request is still pending records the decision and posts the expense journal in one step; approving a voucher records the decision and approves the voucher in one step, ready to post. The screens refresh with the real status even when the action is refused. Expenses and vouchers that never needed approval are approved directly as before. Available in English and Arabic.
Approvals
Approvals: a dedicated permission, and a decided request can no longer be decided twice
Approving and rejecting requests now needs its own Approvals permission (view and manage), so a school can name its principal or bursar as the approver without making them a settings administrator; existing settings administrators keep their access automatically. Where a workflow step names a role, only holders of that role (or the school administrator) can act on it. Once a request is approved or rejected the decision is final: a second click or a stale screen shows a short message and refreshes instead of acting again, which also prevents a rejected refund or write-off from being approved afterwards.
Examinations
Online exams: students only sit their own exams, and new quizzes must be linked to a scheduled exam
A student can now only open, start, answer, flag and submit online exams as themselves, and only for exams in a course they are actively enrolled in; anything else behaves as if the exam does not exist. Teachers with grading permission can still open a student's session in read-only view. In Examinations > Quizzes & online exams, a new quiz must be linked to a scheduled exam (students enrolled in that exam's course will see it); existing unlinked quizzes keep working and are shown as visible to all students (legacy quiz). Available in English and Arabic.
Examinations
Build an exam paper from the exam itself, deliver it online, and keep a cleaner question bank
In Examinations > Exams, each exam now has a Paper action that opens one assembly dialog: add questions from the question bank, or generate a draft from a blueprint (a bank draw works without any AI add-on; AI and hybrid modes appear only when your plan and permissions include them), review and save. The Exams list shows how many questions and marks each paper has, and Deliver online turns that paper into a single online sitting whose marks flow back to the exam results in the Grade Book. The new Quizzes & online exams tab creates standalone or exam-linked quizzes with the same dialog, and its Attempts action opens Online grading for that sitting. The Question Bank tab is now a searchable table with a form for multiple choice, multi-select, true/false, short and long questions, including their answer options. Questions that students have answered are protected: you can save your edits as a new question instead, and deleting a question already used on a paper or sitting archives it so existing papers keep working. You can print the paper or a staff-only answer key from the dialog. Available in English and Arabic.
LMS / Teachers
Live classes open a working room, and substitutes list the right periods
Joining a live class now opens the video room inside the page instead of a blank frame; the meeting screen address can be changed in server configuration (it defaults to the hosted LiveKit Meet). In Teachers > Substitutes, the assign dialog now asks for the absent teacher and the date first, then lists only that teacher's periods on that weekday, matching the Timetable Teacher tab. Cancelled periods and periods that already have a substitute are marked and cannot be picked. Available in English and Arabic.
Communication / Students
One place to send messages and one delivery log
Sending now happens in one place: Communication > New Message. It can message everyone in a group or just one student, teacher or guardian, chosen from a search box instead of typing an email address or phone number, and it always shows how many people will be reached and asks you to confirm large sends. The separate Compose button and Sent Log tab on the Notifications page are gone: Notifications is now only your personal inbox. Communication > Delivery Log is the single record of every email, SMS, WhatsApp, push and in-app message that was sent, test-sent or skipped (for example when a person has no phone number on file), and you can filter it by channel, status, date range or search text. Portal dashboards for students and parents now show the same GPA as the Academic tab, the Report Card and the transcript. Available in English and Arabic.
Students / Examinations
One GPA everywhere, and official transcripts you issue on purpose
GPA, term GPA (SGPA), CGPA and credits are now calculated one way across the student Academic tab, the Report Card, the printed transcript and the degree audit: credit-weighted, each course counted once per term even when it has several exams, and only results that have been released to students. Term GPA now shows the latest term instead of repeating the CGPA, and the credits line shows credits earned. Opening the Academic tab no longer creates a transcript record each time. Staff with the Issue Documents permission click “Issue and print official transcript” to create one verifiable record per distinct transcript (issuing the same transcript again reuses it); everyone else prints an unofficial copy. The transcript prints from the standard school document layout, across as many pages as it needs, and an unofficial copy is clearly marked as not verifiable. GPA and credits may differ from earlier printouts because only released results now count and one number now powers the Academic tab, Report Card and transcript. Available in English and Arabic.
Finance / Reports
One set of financial numbers: Balance Sheet report and a corrected fee outstanding
Finance Reports gain a Balance Sheet as of any date, with campus filter, comparative period and current-period earnings shown inside equity, plus a check that flags when assets do not equal liabilities plus equity. Contra accounts such as accumulated depreciation and drawings show as negative lines in their section. Trial Balance, Income Statement and Balance Sheet now live only under Finance Reports — the Accounting page keeps Journal and Bank Accounts, and old links open the report pages. The Trial Balance no longer counts draft or future-dated entries. On Reports, the Financial tab now shows the same outstanding and collected figures as Finance (partial payments are deducted), and the Finance Outstanding list shows every student with dues. Every record is reachable: real pagination and search on long lists
Lists that used to stop at the first 50–100 rows now page and search on the server, so no record is ever hidden past a cap. Finance payments, vouchers and fee installments, the library catalogue and issued-books, alumni, LMS grading and the exam schedule calendar, your notification inbox and dispatch log all show the true total and let you move through every page. The admissions leads board and your messages list gain a “Load more” that pulls the next batch from the server, and the exam calendar loads the whole month you are viewing. Canteen
Canteen orders: multiple items, quantities and a wallet balance check
The canteen New Order window now works like a cart — add several menu items, set a quantity for each, and see the live order total. It shows the student’s current wallet balance and blocks an order that would exceed it with a clear insufficient-funds message. Prices display in your school’s currency, and the server computes the total and deducts the wallet in one safe step so a double-tap never charges twice. Available in English and Arabic.
Inventory / Transport / Examinations
Create purchase orders, transport routes and learning competencies from the UI
Inventory now has a New Purchase Order dialog (vendor and item pickers, quantities and unit prices, saved as a draft with no ledger impact until goods are received), Transport has Add Route with ordered stops, and Standards-based grading can add competencies to a standard.
Examinations
Report cards: switch students, pick an exam and print a whole class
The report card page keeps the student picker visible, adds an exam or term selector and a class picker to print every report card in a class at once, and uses your school name and contact details on the printout. Teachers grading LMS assignments now see the student work (submitted text and attached files) inside the grading window, and a score above the assignment maximum is blocked. Available in English and Arabic.
Examinations
Write and show math, chemistry and physics equations
When STEM equations are switched on for your school, teachers can insert LaTeX equations (fractions, roots, chemical formulas, physics units) into question-bank questions, exams and LMS content, and students can type equations in online-exam answers and assignment submissions. Equations display properly on screen, in the grader, in reports and in print or PDF output. Available in English and Arabic.
Settings
Chain several AI providers with automatic failover
In Settings, administrators can now set up an ordered list of AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, or OpenAI-compatible services such as Groq, Gemini and OpenRouter), reorder them by priority, and test each one. If a provider is rate-limited or unavailable, the next takes over automatically, so free tiers can be combined with a paid key.
Examinations
Ground AI questions in your course material and calibrate AI grading
Administrators can switch on course-material grounding (RAG) from the AI provider settings, and teachers can opt a paper in or out when building it with AI. Online exams gain an option to calibrate AI grading using scores you previously confirmed. Available in English and Arabic.
Tenants
Tenant usage and storage analytics, plus audited impersonation
Platform admins now see a Usage and storage section on each tenant: active users in the last 30 days, last activity, record counts, storage used against the limit, and this month's AI usage. Every impersonation session is now recorded in the audit log with who started it, which tenant and user, and when the session expires. The impersonation banner is available in English and Arabic.

Choose your AI provider and connect your own key
Settings > Integrations now has an AI provider card. Administrators pick OpenAI or Anthropic, enter their own API key and an optional default model, test the connection, and remove it at any time. The saved key is never shown again (only its last four characters), and leaving the key blank when saving keeps the existing one. AI exam generation and AI grading then run on your provider and are billed directly by that provider. Available in English and Arabic.
Examinations
Review AI-proposed marks for written answers
Submitted written answers now arrive with an AI-proposed mark, feedback and confidence. A new AI review queue in Online Grading lists attempts waiting for review, with filters for exam, status, flagged answers and low confidence. Open an attempt to accept or override each mark, view the rubric breakdown, and confirm all non-flagged answers in one step. Flagged and low-confidence answers always need an individual decision, and totals only include written marks once you confirm them. Available in English and Arabic.
Examinations
Build exam papers from a blueprint - manual, AI or hybrid
The Examinations paper builder is now a four-step wizard. Define a blueprint (topics with weights, difficulty mix, question counts per type, total marks), choose Manual (question bank), AI-generated or Hybrid with an AI share slider, review and edit the draft with bank/AI origin badges and shortfall warnings, then save it as a new online exam, replace an existing online exam paper, or write it to a scheduled examination. AI questions can optionally be saved to the question bank. Blueprints can be saved and reused. AI options appear only for users with AI exam permission, and everything is available in English and Arabic.

See what the base plan includes in the public price calculator
The public price calculator and the /pricing page now show an "Included in the base plan" checklist, so buyers can see everything the base price already covers — student records, attendance, examinations, fee management, timetable, communication, analytics, multi-campus and more — before deciding on any optional add-ons. The add-ons section is now clearly labelled as optional extras added on top of the base plan. The inclusion list is driven by the subscription catalog (a single source of truth), and the section headings are translated in English and Arabic.

Pending-payment notice with a WhatsApp button when a subscription is overdue
When a workspace subscription payment is overdue, everyone in that workspace now sees a persistent notice in the app header showing the amount due and the date to clear it by, with a one-tap WhatsApp button to discuss or clear the payment with us. During the grace period the workspace keeps full access; if it moves to read-only the notice updates to say so and still offers the same WhatsApp button. The notice shows only when there is something to pay — healthy and trial workspaces never see it — and the message that opens in WhatsApp is pre-filled with the workspace name. All copy is available in English and Arabic.
Subscriptions
Clear "billed by a third party" notes on add-ons with external usage costs
Add-ons whose underlying usage is charged by an outside provider — SMS/WhatsApp messaging (Twilio), the online payment gateway (Stripe/PayPal), extra file storage (Amazon S3) and AI features (OpenAI) — now show a consistent transparency note everywhere they appear: the public price calculator, the /pricing page, and the super-admin add-on and subscription dialogs. The note names who bills the charge and makes explicit that third-party rates apply and SCM provides only the integration within the add-on price. The disclosure text is catalog-driven and translated in English and Arabic; add-ons with no third-party cost show nothing extra.
Students
Cleaner, grouped navigation across Student 360, Student portal and Guardian portal
The three big profile views no longer greet you with a wall of 11–14 tabs. Related screens are now grouped under a small set of top-level sections that read the same across all three surfaces — Student 360 uses Overview, Academic, Attendance, Finance, Guardians, Wellbeing (Health, Discipline, Counseling) and Records (Documents, Portfolio, Activity); the Student and Guardian portals use Home, Academics, Attendance, Fees, Services, Requests and Messages. Opening a group reveals its screens in a second sub-navigation row, so nothing was removed and every panel is still one or two clicks away. Deep links to a specific tab still land on the right screen. New group labels are translated in English and Arabic.
Transport
Driver app keeps GPS pings and SOS working on a flaky signal
The driver app now survives connectivity drops: GPS location pings and the emergency SOS alert are saved on the device when a request fails or the phone is offline, then automatically retried with backoff the moment the connection returns — so a lost signal never silently drops a ping or an SOS. A status strip shows when the app is offline or has pending actions retrying, and the SOS confirmation tells the driver whether the alert was sent or safely queued. New labels are translated in English and Arabic.

See how many people a bulk message reaches before you send
The Compose dialog in Bulk Messaging now shows a live "This will send to N recipients" preview for the selected audience, resolved on the server through the same logic the send uses, so the number always matches reality. Sends to more than 100 recipients ask for confirmation first, and sending is blocked when an audience resolves to nobody. Announcements now live in one place (the dedicated Announcements screen) instead of being duplicated as a read-only tab under Bulk Messaging. New labels are translated in English and Arabic.
Administration
Roles and permissions as a single matrix
The Roles screen now shows a roles × permissions matrix instead of editing one role at a time. Permissions are grouped by module with a per-module bulk toggle, the view is searchable, and changes across any number of roles are saved together with a clear unsaved-changes indicator and discard. Labels are translated in English and Arabic.
Timetable
Timetable highlights scheduling conflicts
The timetable grid now flags hard conflicts (same teacher, room, or section double-booked at an overlapping time) with a red outline, a warning icon, and a conflict count, so clashes are visible at a glance. Lecture cells are coloured consistently per course across the class, teacher, and builder views. A legend explains the markers. Legend and conflict labels are translated in English and Arabic.

Assign a department to each course
Courses can now be linked to a department from the course create/edit dialog, with a searchable department picker and a new Department column on the courses list. The department is persisted on the course and shown wherever courses are listed. Picker labels are translated in English and Arabic.
Finance
Finance Dashboard shows ledger bank balances
When a tenant has no managed bank-account records but its chart of accounts holds cash or bank funds, the Finance Dashboard Bank Accounts widget now surfaces those ledger balances instead of showing an empty "No bank accounts yet" state, keeping the dashboard consistent with the trial balance.

Clear cash vs accrual labels on finance figures
The Finance Dashboard now labels its revenue and profit figures as cash-basis (collected) while the Income Statement labels its revenue as accrual, so the two surfaces can no longer be mistaken for contradicting each other. Labels are translated in English and Arabic.

Create and grade course assignments in the LMS
Teachers and LMS managers can now author graded assignments from a course — set the title, instructions, due date, max score, late policy, and an optional reference file. Students submit from their portal and staff view and grade submissions in place, so the course Assignments and Submissions counters and the LMS Assignments KPI reflect real work.

Clear login error messages
Wrong email or password now shows a localized message on the login page instead of silently reloading. SSO and pricing copy on the sign-in screen are fully translated in English and Arabic.

Published exam results on student and guardian portals

Student email, phone, and guardian contact numbers are masked by default on the Students list. Staff with view access can reveal contacts with a toggle; CSV export stays available but requires export permission and a confirmation step before download.

Students submit homework from the portal Homework tab. Staff grade that same submission on Learning, and the student sees the identical score, letter, and feedback.

Students can request a recheck while the exam office window is open. Published marks are corrected through approval with a retained original, and report cards pick up the live result.
Attendance
Attendance correction through approval
Past or locked attendance marks are corrected with a reason and an approver. Approved changes update the register and live attendance percentage without re-sending absence alerts.

Possible-duplicate warning when adding a student
Staff see matching students or applicants (same name and date of birth, or the same guardian contact) before creating a record, with an explicit create-anyway path. Public applications are never blocked and never reveal existing records.
